Co-Founder
David is a Managing Partner at LITS Adventures, a boutique ecosystem of service companies specialized in supporting the transformation of companies and individuals. He is also a Professor at Nova SBE, teaching courses on E-commerce, Metaverse, and Digital Strategy.
With over 10 years of experience in equine-assisted therapy, David has conducted more than 500 sessions for individuals across Mexico, Spain, Portugal, and the USA. Initially a skeptic of horse therapy, David's own experience with the benefits of horse coaching inspired him to create LITS Horses with a mission to unify the worlds of spirituality and business.
Tiago is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cavalos na Praia do Meco and a leading figure in Portugal’s equestrian world. As the current number one ranked professional polo player in the country, Tiago brings a lifetime of experience, passion, and dedication to horses.
Having spent 16 years in Argentina, a country renowned for its equestrian excellence, Tiago honed his skills in horse breeding, training, and deepened his understanding of the powerful connection between humans and horses. Throughout his life, he has ridden, trained, and built profound bonds with over 1,000 horses across the globe.
Today, Tiago combines his international experience and deep-rooted passion to help shape the vision of LITS Horses, offering transformative experiences where the spirit of the horse leads the way.
