Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled ride
→ 75% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance but less than 7 days before the ride
→ 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled ride or in case of no-show
→ No refund will be issued.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by a member of our team.
Refund Processing
If your cancellation meets the conditions above, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method originally used for the booking.
Weather and Safety Conditions
LITS Horses reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any ride due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Agreement
By booking an experience with LITS Horses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
