Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled ride
→ 100% refund of the total amount paid or rebooking.
 

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance but less than 7 days before the ride
→ 50% refund of the total amount paid or rebooking.
 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled ride or in case of no-show
→ No refund will be issued, but we can rebook the scheduled ride.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by a member of our team.

Refund Processing

If your cancellation meets the conditions above, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method originally used for the booking.

Weather and Safety Conditions

LITS Horses reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any ride due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

To manage changing weather conditions fairly, customers are eligible for free rescheduling, subject to the following notice periods:

 

  • Morning tours: reschedule requests must be communicated by 10:00 PM on the day before the experience.

  • Afternoon tours: reschedule requests must be communicated by 10:00 AM on the day of the experience.
     

If LITS Horses determines that weather or safety conditions make the experience unsafe, the ride will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where LITS Horses cancels the experience and rescheduling is not possible.

All decisions related to weather and safety are made by LITS Horses with the sole objective of ensuring the safety of guests, horses, and staff.

Agreement

By booking an experience with LITS Horses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This policy helps us ensure the well-being of our horses and the quality of our experiences.
