Yes. All our experiences are covered by our professional liability and accident insurance during the activity. Please note: • Your booking must be confirmed. • Every rider must complete the liability waiver form sent in the confirmation email before the tour. • Insurance coverage depends on following our safety rules, including wearing the required helmet and closed-toe shoes throughout the experience. • Insurance may not apply if a participant is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair judgment, coordination, or safe riding behavior. Additional personal travel insurance is optional, but recommended, especially if you would like extra coverage for medical expenses and repatriation. Our horses’ well-being is essential. We rotate them, give them rest days, and adjust the number of rides they do depending on the weather and season. This ensures they stay happy and healthy.
