Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: - Cancel up to 7 days before the ride → 75% refund. - Cancel more than 48 hours in advance → 50% refund. - Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding – preparing our horses, team, and logistics requires careful planning.
