What Are Horse Constellations? Horse constellations are a therapy technique combining horses’ natural sensitivity with the principles of systemic constellations. This practice helps participants gain insight into their personal and emotional challenges by interacting with horses, who act as mirrors to human emotions and energies. Horses, due to their strong intuition, guide us through a deep, non-verbal process, helping to unlock unconscious patterns and resolve hidden conflicts. Preparation To make the most of your Horse Constellations session, wear comfortable clothing suited for outdoor activities. Closed shoes only. Bring an open mind and be prepared to explore your inner self in a safe and supportive environment. No prior experience with horses is required. There is no riding during the sessions. Post-Constellation Sessions can be intense on the participants so please drink a lot of water and take time to reflect. You are supposed to write down a summary of your experience after the constellation Remember that the ceremony starts when the ritual ends. While energy moves during the constellation there is a part of the work that is about you applying what you learn and take responsibility for the change you want/need.
